You will travel on the road for three hours to reach Agra, the location of the Taj Mahal. Meet the tour guide when you arrive in Agra, then head to the majestic Taj Mahal. On the Yamuna River’s south bank sits the mausoleum made of ivory white marble known as the Taj Mahal. In order to contain the grave of his favourite wife, Mumtaz Mahal, the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan ordered its construction in 1632. Visit the Agra Fort, another UNESCO World Heritage Site, after that.
