By booking or using our one-way, round-trip, outstation taxi services, and tempo traveller rentals, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking and Confirmation

  1. All bookings must be made via our official website, customer care number, or authorized representatives.

  2. A booking will be considered confirmed only after the receipt of full or advance payment as per the policy.

  3. Agra Shiv Tour And Travels reserves the right to cancel any booking if complete or correct information is not provided.

2. Payment Terms

  1. Full payment or an agreed-upon advance must be made before the journey commences.

  2. Any tolls, taxes (state tax, road tax), parking fees, and driver night charges (if applicable) are to be borne by the customer unless stated otherwise.

  3. Additional charges may apply for extra hours, distance, or waiting time beyond the agreed package.

3. Cancellations and Refund Policy

  1. Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund (after applicable deductions).

  2. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pickup time may result in partial or no refund.

  3. No refunds will be entertained for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.

4. Service Terms

  1. Vehicle type and model will be provided as per booking; however, in rare cases, an alternate vehicle of similar class may be arranged.

  2. All vehicles are maintained to ensure safety and hygiene, but passengers are responsible for their belongings.

  3. Agra Shiv Tour And Travels is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, breakdowns, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

  1. Passengers must carry a valid ID proof.

  2. Damages to the vehicle interior or exterior caused by the passenger will be chargeable.

  3. Consumption of alcohol, smoking, or carrying prohibited substances inside the vehicle is strictly forbidden.

6. Liability

  1. Agra Shiv Tour And Travels will not be responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to passengers or their property arising during the journey.

  2. Our maximum liability will be limited to refunding the booking amount in case of service non-fulfillment.

7. Changes to Terms

  1. Agra Shiv Tour And Travels reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

  2. Updated terms will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.

8. Jurisdiction

  1. Any disputes arising out of bookings or services provided by Agra Shiv Tour And Travels shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India.
